I originally started Maggie's Macs & More Bakery when I was 20 years old. I was fresh out of pastry school, with no money to my name, and no idea what I was doing. It all started with my signature cream puff recipe. When covid hit, I had to put my career on pause. For years, I only made desserts for my family and friends. I met my husband, got married, and now we have two beautiful boys together. At the age of 26, I decided I wanted to provide a great life for my family, and what better way to do so than doing what I love? This inspired the relaunch of Maggie's Macs. I am now a licensed bakery with the ODA, a supplier to several venues, and I’m living the dream. I couldn’t have done it without the support of my friends, family, and of course, YOU!
